Defining Success for Multilingual Learners in Math With High-Quality Supports

This webinar highlights learnings from EdReports, EdSolutions, English Learners Success Forum (ELSF), and Pivot Learning about the importance of high-quality mathematics instructional materials for multilingual learners. These organizations will also share the work of their joint project, focused on addressing the linguistic and instructional needs of multilingual learners in California, in the form of a panel discussion. Establishing criteria by which math instructional materials can be reviewed for effectiveness with multilingual learners ensures that teachers have access to materials that are aligned to state standards, tailor instruction for multilingual learners, and provide culturally relevant content and approaches.
